The week of June 21

This week's "Heat of the Meet" was E vent #62 Boys 11-12 100 Meter Free Relay. Final time 1:04.78

Nicolas Newman 12, Stan Muckerman 12, Gavin Graham 11 and Chris Bolton 12 did an amazing job in this event.

Chris Bolton pulled off an incredible underwater touch finish! Great Swim Relay Team & GREAT FINISH CHRIS!!!

The week of June 28

Congrats to Jill Jamison for breaking the 2006 record for 11-12 Girls 50M Breaststroke. Final time 43.56!

The week of July 5

#1: Event #22: 11-12 Boys 100M Individual Medley (Justyn Johnson)
**Justyn came from behind in the breastroke & when he turned to freestyle, he was tied with the DVS swimmer right up until the last second where he pulled it out and finished 1st in his heat! He had everyone on their feet and cheering!!!! Keep it up Justyn!!!

#2: Event #36: 15-18 Boys 50M Backstroke (Bobby Lerch)
**Bobby and a DVS swimmer were battling it out this entire race & Bobby took the lead & won with a FANTASTIC underwater finish!!! Way to go Bobby!

#3: Event #61: 9-10 Girls Freestyle Relay (Lexi Bolton, Claire Muckerman, Cameron Rafferty & Brooke Turner)
**Lexi started off to a good pace with DVS on her trail. Our battle continued to get tougher with DVS nipping at our toes. On the final stretch, Brooke had EVERYONE jumping out of their seats cheering her on as she touched the wall .04 hundreths of a second before the other swimmer. WAY TO GO GIRLS!!!!
